Kevin assists clients with civil litigation, family law, and insurance defense matters at DuMoulin Boskovich. He brings a diverse legal background which assists him in seeing potential issues across legal practice areas. He regularly represents clients in the Supreme and Provincial court of BC as well as various tribunals.  He is a frequent contributor to Trial Lawyers Association of BC’s The Verdict legal magazine.

He provides clients the opportunity to fully share the history of a situation, whether a business deal gone wrong or a family separation, then guides them through the process until either a settlement is reached or trail decision made.  While he takes a practical approach to solving legal issues, if resolution cannot be reached, he is equally adept and experienced appearing before the court.

Due to having personally experienced a family separation, he knows what it’s like to move through this difficult and emotional time.  Legal guidance is vital to protect yourself, your children, your assets, and your emotional wellbeing.  He provides that guidance to clients considering a separation, recently separated, or those with ongoing conflicts.

Community involvement is incredibly important to him. He is a long term board member (and past President) of Turning Points Collaborative Society which provides housing and addiction recovery services throughout the Okanagan. He also serves on the board of the Caetani Cultural Society, a storied art organization in Vernon.  In his time off he practices yoga, hikes with his fiancé and bulldog, and spends time with his two children.
