Emma moved to Vancouver from her hometown of the Gold Coast, Australia, in 2017. She joined DuMoulin Boskovich in 2019 as a paralegal while she completed her assessment with the National Committee on Accreditation to obtain her Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies Canada, allowing her to practice law in Canada. In the summer of 2021, she transitioned into her role as an articled student.

At the beginning of her career, Emma acquired solicitor’s experience working as a legal graduate in a boutique firm on the Gold Coast. Since embarking upon her legal career in Vancouver, with a primary focus in litigation, Emma has gained valuable experience assisting senior counsel to prepare for trials and various other court appearances in the Provincial Court of British Columbia and the Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as assist with dispute resolution processes outside the courtroom. Emma is client-oriented; she has exceptional interpersonal skills and is passionate about establishing a good rapport with her clients and providing pragmatic advice and prudent advocacy throughout the litigation process.

Outside the office, Emma loves keeping active. She is an avid gym-goer who enjoys hiking, skiing, and a variety of team sports, and further, she enjoys live music, travelling, and exploring Vancouver’s food scene.
